Kirby Smart is developing a real rival for Alabama in the SEC, in terms of the level of player on campus.Last spring, six Georgia players were selected in the NFL Draft. That includes three first rounders: Roquan Smith, Isaiah Wynn, and Sony Michel.UGA is unlikely to match that first round number, but there will be plenty of Bulldogs taken early in the 2019 NFL Draft. NFL.com just put out a new three-round mock draft, and the Dawgs are well represented.Five players from the Georgia Bulldogs crack the new three-round NFL Mock Draft.Cornerback Deandre Baker leads the way, after his impressive fall. The mock has him heading to the Oakland Raiders:Free agency could raid Oakland’s talent at cornerback. Baker brings consistency and competitive fire to the position.In the second round, the mock has another Georgia product joining Baker in the Bay Area (for now): wide receiver Riley Ridley, whom is described as a “Michael Thomas-type value” pick. Elijah Holyfield, one of Georgia’s dangerous running backs, is sent to the Kansas City Chiefs later in the round.In the third round, there are back-to-back Georgia picks: Mecole Hardman to the Broncos, and Isaac Nauta to the Bengals.[NFL.com]last_img
